These terms cover your use of PTE Speaking. By using the app, you agree to them. We've kept them short and in plain language on purpose.

What this is

PTE Speaking is an independent practice tool for the Speaking section of the Pearson Test of English. It is not the official test, and it is not run by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Pearson.

Scores are a practice emulation, not an official result

The scores and feedback you receive are a transparent, calibrated emulation of how the real test is likely to score a response — they are not official Pearson PTE scores, and using this app does not guarantee any particular result on the real test. Treat them as a guide for where to focus your practice, not as proof of your English proficiency for any official purpose.

Provided as-is

PTE Speaking is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app.

Using the app fairly

• Use the app for your own genuine speaking practice.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its underlying systems.
• Don't scrape, resell, or redistribute the question bank or scoring output in bulk.
• Don't use the app for anything unlawful.

We may suspend access for use that clearly breaches these basics.

Trademarks

"PTE" and "Pearson Test of English" are trademarks of their respective owner. This app is not affiliated with or endorsed by Pearson; the name is used only to describe the test this tool helps you practice for.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
